FivePage Acceptable Use Policy

FivePage is designed for ordinary business, nonprofit, professional, and community website projects. You may use the service to describe lawful products, services, teams, locations, events, public services, charitable programs, and other legitimate activities.

Content we do not accept

You may not use FivePage to create or promote content involving:

• Sexual exploitation or sexualization of minors.
• Explicit pornography, sexual services, or non-consensual intimate imagery.
• Credible threats, severe violence, hate, terrorism, or extremist recruitment.
• Doxxing or publication of highly sensitive personal information.
• Phishing, fraud, scams, impersonation, malware, credential theft, or deceptive schemes.
• Clearly illegal goods or services.
• Defamation, revenge sites, harassment, retaliation, or smear campaigns.
• Attempts to bypass FivePage safety or review controls.

Political use

The AI builder may not be used for political campaigns, candidate advocacy, election persuasion, candidate fundraising, lobbying campaigns, attack sites, or political smear campaigns. Neutral informational sites for government offices, departments, public programs, and ordinary resident services are allowed when they do not advocate, persuade, solicit political support, or accuse an identifiable person or organization.

Some political, advocacy, public-policy, ballot-measure, fundraising, or persuasion projects may be considered through a separate manually reviewed service when available. Manual review does not guarantee that FivePage will accept the project, and prohibited candidate campaign generation will not be approved through the automated builder.

Your rights and permissions

You must have the right or permission to submit and use all text, photographs, illustrations, logos, business names, trademarks, and other materials. Do not impersonate another person or organization, copy protected material without permission, or ask FivePage to recreate another brand deceptively.

Regulated and higher-risk projects

Routine informational brochure sites for legitimate nonprofits, churches, schools, community groups, membership organizations, charities, breweries, wineries, medical practices, law firms, financial firms, and similar established organizations are generally allowed.

Manual review may be required for regulated sales or shipping, age-restricted commerce, political fundraising, medical crowdfunding, disaster fundraising, unclear charitable ownership, potentially deceptive solicitations, questionable credentials, cures, guaranteed results, investment returns, debt elimination, legal victory claims, allegations about identifiable people or organizations, and projects where ownership or permission is unclear. Manual review does not guarantee approval.

No professional advice

FivePage, its automated screening, generated drafts, and review process do not provide legal, medical, financial, tax, regulatory, or compliance advice. Customers remain responsible for obtaining appropriate professional advice and confirming that their business, claims, disclosures, licenses, advertising, and website comply with applicable requirements.

Review and enforcement

FivePage may reject, pause, suspend, or remove a project or published site when we believe it violates this policy, creates unacceptable risk, or requires information we cannot verify. Automated screening helps us identify risk, but it is not infallible and may make mistakes.

FivePage may review content that is submitted, edited, uploaded, or already published when needed to operate the service, respond to a complaint, investigate an integrity mismatch, or enforce this policy.

Customer edits are screened before publication. If an edit needs review or cannot be published, the last approved version of the website normally remains online and the proposed edit does not partially replace it. A live site may be temporarily suspended when a later finding shows that published content violates this policy or when severe abuse, fraud, phishing, malware, child exploitation, credible threats, or a similar high-confidence safety issue requires action. Suspension preserves the project for review and possible restoration; it does not automatically delete the customer's revisions, files, or approved assets.

If your submission is rejected or held and you believe that was a mistake, reply to the FivePage message you received or contact FivePage with your submission identifier and a short explanation. A person can review the decision.

Payments and refunds

FivePage does not charge for a blocked or held preview submission unless the customer separately completes a purchase. If a paid project is later rejected, suspended, or removed, refund eligibility will be handled under the applicable purchase terms and based on the work already performed, services already provided, and reason for the decision. Customers may contact FivePage with the order or submission identifier to request review of a refund. Submission, manual review, or a refund request does not guarantee approval or a refund.

This list is not exhaustive. FivePage may decline content that is unlawful, harmful, deceptive, abusive, or inconsistent with the intended business use of the service.
